Furthermore I was not told of the 'All Sales Are Final' policy until after the purchase. No signs are posted. I learned of the policy once the sale was complete. It's written on the bottom of the receipt. Fortunately the owner was agreeable to a full refund. Be aware that when you shop here the prices are twice as high as online. I understand brick and mortar stores have additional expenses but 100% up charge is excessive as I see it.
