I do pre-paid parking all the time and park in Express North. I have had very few problems over the years and they have all been rectified promptly and professionally. I think that Express parking is the best option at DFW airport. Reasonably priced, covered parking (although the car still gets dirty, I don't worry about hail damange when I'm gone) with car-to-door service and the driver will even load your bags in the car on return. The lot is patrolled and I feel very safe there. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I always recommend it to others. read more

Update - getting the refund. Not changing review any more. 2 stars is generous given how hard it was to get the refund. That I should have had to even apply for it is bad enough. Earlier update: After finally getting the email to contact them finparkingrev@dfwairport.com I got a good reply. I had to call their number many times because the recording said the email address really quickly as if you should already know it. Their online refund system doesn't work well and they made it hard to contact them if it didn't work. Will see when I get the refund. Previous review: NEVER!!!!! 0 if I could. Prepaid parking. Got billed anyways on my tolltag as if I hadn't prepaid there. So paid TWICE. The portal says that it found a similar request. But when I check on it, it said there is no request. I come here to warn other people and to hopefully get contacted. But unlikely given the large number of bad reviews. If I get help, I will gladly change my review. I made a recent weekend trip, and since getting a ride was not an option, I opted to park at DFW's South Parking Express lot. I reserved my spot online and paid $42 for parking Thursday night - Sunday afternoon. Though reserving online gave me a discount (of $3), I feel like the parking was not inexpensive. Perhaps if I had reserved my parking a few days early, I would have received more of a discount. Apart from the price, I was very pleased with my experience. The parking pass was linked to my toll tag, so all I had to do upon entering the airport and parking lot was let the scanner read my toll tag, and then I got access! Finding my assigned spot was initially a little confusing, but you don't *really* need to park in that particular spot. Park in the same relative area, and a shuttle will come pick you up. The shuttle drivers were all kind and very considerate. They helped with bags, and picked you up/dropped you off right at your car. I will definitely park in this lot again! read more

Tempted by the discounted advance purchase terminal garage parking, I thought I'd give it a try. Never again, and discourage anyone from considering terminal garage parking for a trip. Arrived at the terminal C garage to find no available covered spaces, despite circling around in the garage for 15 minutes. Took one of the few spaces left on the roof, only to discover that there are no elevators, so had to drag luggage down 2 flights to get to the first opportunity to cross over into the terminal. Worse upon return, because, of course, return flight was to a different terminal. Walked down to the terminal B link bus stop to take the bus back to terminal C. The terminal C link stop is at the far end of the terminal, so once back at C, had a long walk outside to get to the stairs where I'd parked. Then it's back up 2 flights of stairs with luggage. DFW Airprt parking is a joke. I pay extra $ for Express N covered parking and today I waited 40 mins for a pick up at terminal C. While waiting I saw 6 Express South vans come through; 2 that were completely empty and the driver wouldn't take us to N parking. I mistakenly reserved a spot in what I thought was the only uncovered offering, Remote North for $76. Since I had parked previously in the Covered Parking area, I assumed the uncovered lot next to it was where I was supposed to park. WRONG. Imagine my surprise when I got an addition charge of $144 on my credit card. When I brought it to their attention, no empathy for my isssue. Parking is expensive. Have your party pick you up in baggage claim. No one knows what "arrivals" means in Texas.

We just waited around for almost 40 minutes for the express shuttle to come pick us up. The express North shuttle came by quickly and went. Then 30 minutes later, the express north bus passed by again. This was the exchange with the driver: Me: "Hey, we're waiting for express south and you've been by twice now." Driver, reaching for his walkie: "No, I haven't, I just came on. (into walkie) dispatch, I need a express south at C." How long would we have waited if he hadn't called dispatch? Who knows. Regardless, 40 minutes is a long time already. To be fair, the first driver that delivered us to the terminal was very nice. He asked if we had our keys and wallet and if we locked our car. Next time we will use parking spot or other non airport service. We prepaid for terminal parking and then were charged more than double. To get our refund, we had to go through NTTA and DFW airport customer service several times. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and each entity blames the other. Picking up waited for about an hour for shuttle to take me from Terminal A to parking. Called their dispatch number twice and never got someone to pick up. As someone who for years parked many times off airport because of the ridiculous parking fees (compared to other airports, and they are TWICE Love Fields rates) I was pleased to be able to prepay at a reasonable rate. Then, on this trip our companion is hospitalized in Toledo, OH and its taken a few extra days to arrange air evac transfer. It will cost us more for the 4 extended days (on our tolltag) than the 10 we were planning to stay. Off airport just charges you for the number of days you parked, when you leave. Express Parking at DFW Airport is very convenient when it works, but the shuttle service is unreliable. When we arrived we had to wait for the attendant who was not in her booth, The shuttle on arrival was prompt, but one our return it was terrible. We arrived around ten p.m. and watched 7 Express North shuttle buses arrive and leave; two of those drivers promised to call for an Express South shuttle to our terminal but still we waited. The Remote Parking South shuttles came by at regular intervals while we were waiting. Apparently there is not a dispatcher who can regulate the shuttles. So there is no point in using this more expensive service if there is a chance of waiting 45 minutes to get to your car. read more

The best and smoothest experience. We prepaid online so when we arrived we just went right in. The shuttle picked us up right at the car, he was there before we got out. Loaded up baggage and dropped us off right at the door of terminal. On our return, same wonderful service. We made one stop before ours and it was a super quick unload, especially considering 3/4 of the shuttle got off together. This is the only option we have for basic parking. Once your car is parked, getting picked up for the ride to the terminal is very good. However, The attendant you have to speak to 'to get your designated parking area' has no concern for the customer trying to get to their flights. The attendant is usually slow and inefficient and many times causes car lines to build up because of the inefficiency. But for the attendant - there is No concern! Drive the vehicle you made the reservation with!!!! The website did not change the license plate number on my reservation. I was in my car when I made the reservation and entered my car's LP#. A few days later I realized the luggage would not fit in the car I would need to take the van. I changed the license plate online. When I left the airport my prepaid $103.50 charge was not recognized. I had to pay another weekly fee of $260.00! NO SAVINGS PLUS $103.50 LOSS!! OK, most airports are shockingly, obscenely overpriced in the official parking lots these days, but in NY, LA, San Francisco and Boston, I expect that. Prepaid for nine days. Upon arrival the QR scanner in the parking lane I was in did not work. I pushed the button and the rep said I had to take a ticket. When I left the QR scanner again did not work. I had to pay for my parking again, even though I had already prepaid. They forced me to pay twice. I called the number on the ticket to explain (over an hour wait, two times) and was told they would issue a refund. Eight weeks later, nothing has been refunded. Fortunately the credit card company I used has credited me with the duplicate charge DFW Prepaid over charged me. I consider it a scam to charge someone for a service they refuse to honor. EXPRESS PARKING??? Waited 35-40 minutes for shuttle after a full shuttle stopped to let us know they were full. Multiple customers called to have the shuttle indeed come to pick us up. Each time we were told there were several shuttles on their way. When they arrived about 40 minutes later, the shuttle was too small to pick all of us up. When I asked what the standard wait time is supposed to be, Wendy, the supervisor on duty told me it is supposed to be 7 minutes. Saw multiples of remote north, remote south, the parking spot and several other companies go by time and again in addition to many employee busses. Apparently they do not schedule enough busses to service the people who have parked there. I'll say this, they do get you TO your terminal quickly. Look at my review rating distribution: I don't give one star lightly, but DFW parking has proven it's awfulness to me. I'm a frequent DFW business traveler. DFW has continually reduced the quality and frequency of service to its remote parking lots, while upping the daily cost to $10 per day. They often have one bus (which comes every 15 minutes) serving the A,B, and C terminals. Meaning if you're unlucky enough to be at the end of that sequence (low numbered C gates, I hope you got to the airport a full 2 hours in advance as you have a 30 minute bus ride to get to the terminal), you are screwed. I try to fly from Love Field or, if I fly from DFW, usually take Lyft or Uber to get there now rather than dealing with the BS of DFW parking. DFW seems to think Remote parking customers care only about cost and will wait indefinitely if it saves them a couple $. False. I work for one of the many companies that, in 2017 America, expect everyone (including executives) to either get someone to drop them off at the airport or to park at the cheapest available lot. I almost missed a flight last week because of the reduced Remote service DFW is now offering. Pro tip: use Lyft or Uber. The one highlight: the drivers are great people and very competent. 06/19/2021 Parked in north express parking. Going to terminal C . Shuttle pulled right up a couple spaces down with Terminal C showing on top. We had our luggage ready for loading but the driver pulled right past us. He would not roll his window down and just pulled on away. He came back to the parking lot 2 or 3 more times but would not pick us up. We had to flag down another shuttle and the driver called for us. We were in the parking lot for over an hour just because we could not get picked up. We missed our flight and had to reschedule. Would I recommend this type of service to anyone else?
