This will be a bit of an extensive write up so if you don't want to read; Overall Daniel did…read moreamazing work, would absolutely hire him again to do more jobs! The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had. His work is top notch and high quality, I would rate higher if I could. Thank you again Daniel

Spur Landscape, specifically Mark Blair, is a very thoughtful landscape designer who listened to our needs and desires, then pondered and even came back a few times to review his thoughts. He started from a boring and problematic yard, developed an excellent design that perfectly met our needs, and executed his/our design in a beautiful fashion that we are proud of. Our yard is one of those on Spur's photo gallery currently. He also solved the very difficult drainage problem with a robust solution that resulted in no standing water during and after a 4 inch cloudburst. It is completely dry in our backyard and we have had to turn on our irrigation system for the first time in two years, rather than having standing water year around as we had previously. He and his employees are very respectful of property and plants. When there is an issue or something needs clarification, Mark is very easy to work with. Because my hot water was warm at best, I assumed the problem was my 12 year old water heater. The…read moreHome Depot plumbing contractor suggested I may also have a slab leak based on information I gave him and they do not repair slab leaks. I called Icon plumbing. Travis confirmed that I had a slab leak on the hot water side. He also said that they do not usually have to jackhammer the floors, saving my beautiful wood floors. They repair the leak and run a new line through the attic. They repaired the leak located behind the wall of my washing machine and ran a new line, through the attic, from the leak to my water heater. The bottom line was my floors were not jack hammered and after leak was repaired, my water heater did not have to be replaced (saving money). The only repair I had was 4 sheetrock hole repairs which is much cheaper than repairing floors. Icon plumbers Travis and Joe are great guys. They were respectful of my home and left the work spaces very clean. Addendum-I was quoted over $4000.00 including water heater replacement from another company. Icon plumbing made repairs for less than $3000.00 without water heater replace or wood floor repair. My last slab leak was in my master bath. The home warranty plumber jackhammered the floors and charged $3800.00. Plus I had to repair my bath floors. The home warranty company would NOT cover costs and I immediately dropped them.
