While waiting for a confirmation from management one of the employees that was supposed to be getting the kids shoe size was rudely attempting to blow off my player. As this associate was more concerned over the game on their tv than providing his service. Finally the manager stated that they could do the tax exemption as long as i provided the form that the store utilize to file their tax exemption purchases. I corrected the guy stating that the form he was asking for is what the stores have the clients fill out and it is not our responsibility to provide.
