Note I had informed the manager we are originally a hour away from them but just bc we came from a game near by we decided to stop their, I had already provided proof of our tax exemption. While waiting for a confirmation from management one of the employees that was supposed to be getting the kids shoe size was rudely attempting to blow off my player. As this associate was more concerned over the game on their tv than providing his service. Finally the manager stated that they could do the tax exemption as long as i provided the form that the store utilize to file their tax exemption purchases. I corrected the guy stating that the form he was asking for is what the stores have the clients fill out and it is not our responsibility to provide. At the end of the day we told them if they don't want our business we would gladly leave after making us waste our Sunday afternoon.
