The shop was very organized and neat... and not only had what I needed, had many other paint choices. Antiques and other items are also sold there from individual vendors. I will be shopping here again and can't wait to go to one of their DYI nights when I move here permanently . Thank you Jamie for giving me all the information we discussed. And one day look forward to meeting Lilly Ronda

I bought an address planter,$40, and when I went to put the stencil on to paint the stencil was TO BIG. They had to remake the stencil for me and it took 20 minutes, time the stencil was done everyone else in the class was done. I felt very humiliated as I was the last one to finish and they wanted to take a pic. We told them we didn't want to be in the pic with the other customers with our projects because we did not want to be put on social media. Which the workers were fine with, the owner then asked to take a pic of our projects and I asked about my address planter cause I didn't want my address posted on social media. I asked what she will do with the picture, she said she would only show her friends who asked about the planter which I was fine with. A couple of days later my sister looked on Facebook and found that she posted the address planter. When my sister called to ask her to take it down and asked her why she posted it she said that I never told her that I did not want it to be posted. Finally after a rude phone call she took the picture down. A couple of weeks later my planter had split. I was very upset as I spent good money on this project and it messed up only a month after I made it. I put real flowers in the planter which they said I could if I used a certain lacquer and I even put plastic in the planter for extra precaution. When we tried contacting the store through Instagram as my sister did not want to face another rude phone call. It took her four days to respond to my sister about my broken planter. When the owner responded she said that we must have dropped it. Which I certainly did not! The planter has been on my front porch that has a five+ feet of an over hang so the planter was never in the rain and no one has touched it accept me. Once I found the split my family was very disappointed on the quality of this planter at which she said I could put real flowers in. I immediately took the real flowers out and put fake ones in. I cannot believe she accused me of dropping it. I told my grandfather who was a contractor about it and he looked at it and said it was not put together well enough, as their was one staple in the bottom to hold it together. I would not recommend anyone to give money to this establishment. The project obviously did not last and the service is not worth going through again. This was my first visit as well as my last.

I use Ollies to shop dog toys and rugs and some other specialty items when they have them in if…read moreit's something I really really want like a really cheap blender or steamer. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Stewart itself has a funky odor all of them. Do they have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best the soaps, the hairbrush, the hair duets they seem to be really reasonable, priced the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing of the big items we have in the past gotten some flooring, some rugs the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all. Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that win lifted nickel to help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Morristown near the holidays. He was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something if I have the money coffee is a goodbye sometimes trash bag sometimes not sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not the most up-to-date bathrooms, but they did function which is all we can ask a functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star. They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store

Although I found it to be outside my wallet price point, I really appreciate how Todd and his wife concentrate on mid-century vintage. This come-back era is hot right now and specialization gives them the ability to focus on quality pieces. All items are cleaned and treated - absolutely ready to be brought home. Super high end. I mean, you could eat right off those bright avocado green plates. Here's my two cents on why spot-clean is critical. It might go without saying in this business..but whoa!...presentation and suggestion for homeware use and decor is key. Especially for mid-mod items, the cleaner the pieces, the more vivid the color which just throws you right into back into mid-mod environs. They do a terrific job here. (I mean, do you want to take home a dusty, faded-color, fondue tray which lost its elements that evoke the era?) The whole shop knocks my socks off! Product displays are very well done and you are jolted back in time the moment you walk in the door. The vignettes keep a steady theme and the colors totally pop. Just like they did mid-century. Here is what you'll find: tables, mirrors and furniture, lots of lamps, plenty of paintings, canisters, radios, knick-knacks, funky book ends, lots of owls, plates and bowls and zillions more. They really do pack it in here. And they have so much more to display. I see this really as the showcase boutique for their online shop. Todd told me the story of how he and his wife fell in love with all things mid-mod whey bought their 1960s-something home. Try to catch them on the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. The shop is only open occasionally. Definitely worth a visit.

I was in awe by the quality and quantity of their retro stock which was all in mostly amazing condition, ready to be brought home, clean, and the colors really pop and haven't lost their unique brilliancy! Very clean store and helpful customer service. Although it was a little over priced, I found a few items I was willing to buy without thinking about the price too much.
