Rather than coming out to see and fix the problem, NGP has been refusing to answer our emails, text messages, and phone calls. I have not been able to get anyone from the company to return my call, after two months of trying. Seems that all I can do now is to warn others away from Next Generation Painting LLC before they become victims of poor customer service too.

The company crew tore off T1-11 plywood siding that was rotting and warped, totally mischaracterized by the Windermere agent listing the house in 2022. (I would never use her to list any property I owned!) Crew replaced the vast majority of the wood product with fiber cement siding and then painted all the product installed plus other items like doors and some of the wood (in good shape and out of weather!). While there were some hiccups (nothing is perfect!), all were timely and effectively addressed by Gideon. The process was several weeks, and it was very professional that Next Generation provided a portable potty for employees' use. After thinking on it a bit, Craig said he would stop by and take a look. He identified the high water table under our property was the most likely the root cause of moisture in the building. He provided this consultation at no charge. After explaining a bit more of our concerns and surrounding developments, Craig advised it would take some time to dig into the details but would be willing to do the research and meet with the city to look into the possibilities of a higher than usual water table. He drafted up a scope of work, outlined his responsibilities, and provided a reasonable estimate. Once the papers were signed he wasted no time getting started. He did the investigation, met with the city, compiled the data, and explained it to the Board of Directors in a clear, easy to understand presentation. He answered all of the questions we had and was extremely patient and easy to work with. Craig provided the HOA with 2 action items to help alleviate the rising water under the building and prevent possible flooding. He even offered to address the city with the Board of Directors to explain our concerns in the correct jargon. Craig and JEC Services are highly, highly recommended.
