Updated Dec 2025. After DHL international really screwed up the delivery of my package from Edinburgh the DHL folks in Minneapolis showed some real customer support. They picked up my package...incorrectly delivered to a DHL locker facility in EauClaire and finally got it to me. Best part was they called daily for the three it took to provide an update on where it was. I'd have given a 5 star if the internal DHL folks hadn't provided 1 star at best...I'd have given them zero if that was an option. read more
