I often book 7 or 8 seat taxis, and cars that can take a wheelchair, and they never let me down, they always have the vehicle I require available. My wages are paid directly into my bank, but these guys even take debit and credit card payment in the taxis, which means I no longer have to go via a cashpoint. I have just opened an E-book account with them via their website, which is free and means I can now book a taxi online, which is cool, I dont know of any other company that offers this service.

They have a number of different size taxis available up to eight people I believe may be more. Always on time to what they say when call they and often there early ready for the time given although this can cause you to rush thinking your late and forgot things need or is that just me. Recently though the woman taking bookings has been so abusive over the phone, first telling me a driver was stuck in traffic and then five minutes later that he had been outside my house for '7 minutes' when we were actually outside talking to her on a mobile and he was certainly not there at all. My son was late for a job interview despite them reassuring me that morning a driver would be there on time. When he did turn up he was revolting and his attitude and that of the woman on the phone has cost them my future custom, There are other taxi firms in the area, I would consider using any of them before Neasham's. The woman taking bookings needs to remember it's customers that pay her wages and learn to be a little more civil.
