We had to make arrangements that were necessary for funeral stuff. The CD was 8 days from maturity. Bank of Ozark charged us 3 months interest, over $400. for withdrawing early. That's unbelievable. I will never use them again, never.

Bank of the Ozarks is a strong bank, and I have seen signs all around saying they are the 12th strongest bank in the US. That says a lot especially in this down ecomony. I really like this branch, or what I would call outpost (since it is located inside the grocery store of Cranford's). The staff are exceptional and are patient with you and will answer all your questions. Much different than other banks I have worked with. Excellent customer service....more like family.... 5 stars!
