I had a pretty subpar experience with these cleaners from beginning to end. I originally found them on Yelp and started talking about pricing. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me. read more

Windows weren't done Toilet still soiled, Sink not cleaned, left food particles Floors are not well cleaned Dish dryer still has coffee stain Didn't take out trash AND they use magic erasers on granite, which leaves a chalky residue they don't go back and wipe down. For the record, we both know it's impossible to notice everything that moment you are waking through, especially during the work day and in a 4 bedroom house, where many of the rooms are for guests like the bathroom that was left dirty. That's where trust and respect for your clients come in, especially those that paid in full, in hopes this could be a learning experience, but 25 off the next visit, that's it? And may i add, speaking of trust, that some things you assume are done, like taking out the trash or washing off the grime from the magic erasers used on the granite. At some point, it becomes us teaching how to clean instead of a walk through. And this many quality control issues are the result of shoty work no matter when they were discovered. You had an opportunity to fix this and your fix was 25 off the next time, so don't be upset the truth about the poorly performed job is now in a review. You should be upset with yourself, that you didn't handle the situation better, to end in a positive result for everyone. That's just good business... read more

This company was a godsend! I was able to schedule a same-day deep cleaning, and the crew they brought out did an excellent job on an impossible task. Scheduled cleaning on a Thursday at 4 over yelp. We specified evening and they asked if three is ok. 3 is not evening time, so we had to ask again, and they instantly said that 4 was ok. Come Thursday, I get a call asking to reschedule for 5 the next day. Ok, kind of annoying but it's not a big deal. At 450 the next day, no word, and I have to reach out to see what's going on. After 30 min I get a response saying that they can't do my request and are asking if Monday works. Of course not, after this kind of service. Avoid. read more

Had our first service today for a deep clean of an entire house, Jose and his crew did an awesome job turning our little home back to how pretty it was. They are very professional and cleaned up all the rooms, they made all bathrooms nice and tidy as well and they even made little paper flowers on each paper rolls.
