I had designed a ring with my wife and we needed a custom build. Vince had a positive can-do attitude the entire time, and assured us our design was not only possible, but would turn out fantastic. He was not wrong - the finished product was beautiful and my (now) wife was extremely happy with the result. We have since been in the shop for engraving and resizing my ring, and everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. We could not be happier.
