First of all they let themselves into my house while I was in my bedroom getting dressed. Never rang door bell or knocked,Or said Hello "its the house maids." Just came in through the front door, without prior permission. I briefed the lead team person on what not to clean .I did walk through and said Dont clean 4 ceiling fans, cause I have done, Several other wholewall bookcases ; I had cleaned also , told her not to clean those also. Told them not to clean master shower( I had done).Bottom line they re-cleaned all those things, and expected me to pay for extra time it took. Once I heard a loud bang.. cleaning lady had dropped my copper wall clock from 4 ' .I put it back on the wall myself. Does not work now. It was a $50.00 restoration hardware Quartz clock. Never said sorry or anthing. They billed me for 3.5 hrs. When it was originally set for 2:45 min job.,They worked hard , but not smart eg. "cleaning all the things I said not to do.It was like the keystone cops, or circus clowns just running around with no clear plan, and expecting me to pay for them unnecessarily cleaning what I had done 11/3hrs on my own. This team did not understand english, and the owner can hardly speak clear english. She thinks her employees can converse clearly( laughable). My rating of 2 stars is gift. These cleaners are not to be left without close supervision. Who wants that??. That is why you hire capable people. Very disappointing,and irritated with this companies' cleaning organization. From the moment FreshCo arrived, every team member showed compassion and professionalism. They took care of moving every piece of furniture, clothing, and storage item, sparing me from having to lift a finger. They didn't just move things--they organized everything so it was easier for me to sort through. They advised what was likely a total loss but always left the final decision to me, showing empathy for items that had sentimental value. The team was prepared, health-conscious, and protective of our upstairs living space. They went above and beyond to safeguard our floors and walls, and they repeatedly asked if I needed help as I sorted through items. A large dumpster was delivered, and they handled disposal of all trash and damaged furniture, ensuring I didn't have to. They even offered guidance on which items could potentially be restored and offered to help with that process. Before leaving, FreshCo secured the basement to prevent unsafe air from circulating upstairs and set up equipment, including dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and machines to pump out bad air. We are currently in the airing-out phase, and the next steps will include cleaning the basement thoroughly and returning salvaged items. What truly sets FreshCo apart is their genuine care. They helped ease the initial shock of our loss simply by being compassionate and prepared. Financially, we weren't ready to handle everything at once, but they explained our options and provided steps to help us through the process. I prayed we'd find the right company to help us, and FreshCo exceeded every expectation. To Malachi, London, Sara, Luigi, Leslie and Aidan: thank you for helping us through this tragedy. I hope we never face a situation like this again, but if we do, FreshCo will be our first call. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of water or mold remediation.

But the cold air is still coming thru holes for the washer and dryer hook ups. They started on it before the new year by taking thr inner wall down. After a month Monday 1/23/23 they showed up made a mess and then left everything for a week before they show back up. They unplugged my deep freezer and didn't plug it back or even say anything. They hit my washer with the drywall didn't even try to wipe it off. Now they they have drywall puddy on my washer and just let it dry with out wiping it off and also tore the power cords/ dryer duck up. I'm really disappointed with the company I will never recommend they to anyone. Hope they treat people better then they treated my place.

When I got the keys back on the 31st at 5:30 pm and the house was rank with dog pee odor I knew I was in a hard spot as the new tenant was moving in at noon on the 2nd. Thank fully Cody took the job showed up at 2pm and transformed the carpet. Personally they were so bad I thought I was going to need to rip out the carpet and get new. Not so! The carpets look great and the house smells nice and clean. Cody is a life saver
