She was friendly, However I walked out of there with a BURN on my upper lip from wax which was too hot (I don't have sensitive skin either) and my brows were were completely UNEVEN to look at...still, I went back a 2nd time a 2 months later as the location was really convenient for me and again v disappointing eyebrow waxing (from another employee). The shaping was non-existent and worse, I had to WAIT 15 minutes (and I was in a hurry). I have thick brows and after the last debacle I had allowed them to grow back, so I would have though shaping would not be a challenge. Seemingly not so. So I am afraid, I won't be back (at least for waxing.) The location(s) - there's another spin off salon 'The Petite Retreat - are very convenient, and the staff are polite and welcoming. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Getting an appointment at the last minute is difficult, so this is a popular business, apparently. [Perhaps I was just unlucky twice..?] I might go there for nails, or facials in the future, but no thank you for brow shaping or facial hair removal.

When it came to painting I'm very indecisive and so I picked red and silver glitter, when the man put the glitter on I decided I didn't want it and if I'm paying money to get my nails done how I want them, I want to at least like them. I told him I didn't want the glitter and he moaned and pulled my hand aggressively nearly ripping my coat. 2 days later 2 nails have snapped off when they are supposed to last 2 weeks and every nail is lifting from my real nail to the point where hair keeps getting caught in them! WHAT A WASTE OF £25!!!
