Horrible experience. Me, my cousin, and my grandmother all went and I got a manicure and they got pedicures and we all didn't like our service. My lady messed up my nails horribly, made me bleed, didn't take off my month old nails and just repainted them, not what I asked for, and my nails had bubbles in them. My cousins nails were messed up and the lady used the wrong color. Then my grandma didn't have a good experience because they didn't do a good pedicure. Would not recommend and won't go again. read more

We've been here several times and the price is different every time. We had 2 pedicures and 1manicure and she just said a price of $147 (!) which it felt like she just said a high number without figuring anything up at all. The pedicure was just okay for both of us and the manicure was minimal. We felt ripped off and won't be back. They need to post firm prices (the sign says $35 and up) because once you have it done, there is no way to say it's too much. You're just stuck. $147 plus a tip was not worth it at all. read more

This was a disappointing manicure, to say the least. They used the same nail file on my friend as they did me. They filed my nails down to the quick (OUCH!!) and did not even touch our cuticles. My friend left with bubbles in her manicure. My nails look bad and feel even worse. read more

Very unpleasant experience here. I came in asking just to get my acrylic nails taken off so I didn't ruin the nail under them. The tech didn't start off soaking them, instead she started pulling at them and hurting me. It was forceful and she was acting upset the I didn't get a mani or pedi that day. I had to ask her to soak them in acetone instead of tear off my nails. After that she asked me if i wanted my nails shorter and I said no. Then she proceeded to cut them shorter. She barely filed or buffed them and then charged me ten dollars for what I could've done at home. I came home and had to file out jagged edges and buff rough nails out, that should never be the case. read more

An at Diamond nails is beyond amazing. She is sooo patient and kind with children. My daughter refuse to go anywhere except to the lady with the butterfly chair. She has forever customers in us.! Literally the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The woman who did my nails was very careless, she cut me several times and also didn't wait to put the clear coat over my color so the polish turned out wrinkled looking. Also it has only been three days and my nails are already falling off. read more

My soft spoken daughter was bullied by the rude nail tech. She said I don't want my nails trimmed so she filed them until she bled and had to say "please stop, it's hurting" She told her what color she wanted but the tech said "No that won't look good" (she just wanted a subtle sheer pink). The tech proceeded to paint her nails stop-sign red. She told the tech "I don't like this color can we do another color" and she never stopped painting nor did she answer her. Her pedi was done by a boy she said was younger than she was (18). He was so terrible he got paint on the top of her foot near her ankle. My toes looked better when I went to Spa Day for Mommy hosted by the K4 a few years back. I wish she had gotten up and left but she was too polite or shocked or bullied...not sure which. read more

This nail salon was the worst I have ever been to. All I wanted was a manicure and gel polish. The lady didn't put enough nail polish, didn't push or cut my cuticles properly, painted on my cuticles and didn't massage my hands. Isn't that what they are supposed to do?!?! The worst place ever. I'm 18 years old and i got pregnant young. Yes i know not what i need to do. But the point of the story is, i had a old Chinese or Japanese woman do my nails and she asked me if i was married and i respond No, ma'am I'm not yet, and went on to ask me how old i was and the gender. 2 mins after the conversation ended she turned to her friend and STARTED TALKING ABOUT ME RIGHT THERE INFRONT OF ME! Not only this but she did my nails TOTALLY WRONG and got mad at me for telling her to fix them!!! Well first of all if you weren't to busy talking about me you would have gotten my nails right the first time! Endless to say she didn't fix them and made me pay $40 for awful nails. Took them off 3 days later because my nails were hurting me so bad because they didn't clean their supplies good enough. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! read more

They were VERY slow. I went with a friend to get manis and even though it was not packed and there were no customers at the mani station it took them forever to get us seated. Very bad selection of polish. Gave me the wrong shape nail. Nails ended up being really thick. Didn't even touch our cuticles. Cut me with the electric file and nail tech had no hospitality at all. I came in got a simple nail, one shape coffin (which turned out plain square) acrylic and a yellow nail polish. I paid $57 for THAT! My friend and I were taken advantage of bc we were young. Tech with red glasses is rude and didn't speak. Just jerked my arms around and cut my fingers up. And the paint job is horrible.

Went in for a gel manicure. Had to ask for an additional coat of paint due to the fact that I could see RIGHT THROUGH THE POLISH!! I also asked for a simple tree design. Nothing fancy, just a simple curvy line with a star on top! The nail Techs gathered at my station and everyone of them shook their head and exclaimed it was "way too hard! We can't do that here!" When I left and got home, the polish had peeled off on one side, and is bubbled up on the other hand. I had to put my own coat of clear polish over the damage to prevent further damage done. Gel polish was and still is ALL OVER my hands. My cuticles were painted over and not trimmed down. I called to ask for a refund and was rudely told no. I was also told I would come back and have it fixed. I refused and asked to speak to the manager. The information that I was given was very vague and basically the response was that she would be there later. I spent $40 for a crappy gel polish job. (I have never paid more than $25 ANYWHERE!) worst place I have ever visited. Please, do not waste your time. read more

Never go to Diamond Nails in Greenwood. They suck! Just paid $48 for the worst mani/pedi I've ever had! My toes were cute before... Now my right great toenail is shorter than the left. They cut the sides off my finger & toenails, & all my nails are uneven. I had to come home & clip cuticle skin that was hanging & file the rough edges off my nails. Also, they didn't paint the side edges of my nails. I should not have to come home & fix anything! Oh, & they rounded some of my fingernails, only some. WTH??? Never again!!!! I used to like Diamond nails when the young black girl was there, but since she has left my opinion of them has changed. The lady in charge was very rude to the customers that came in and i noticed she let some people come right on in and sit down, but others she turned away....but she was constantly saying we don't take appointments....what was that then? Terrrible shop! These people are clueless in good business practice. Aside from the issue that they converse among each other and not a word to the patron. They scream from their station to patrons entering in the tackiest fashion as to what they need. I have yet to view any other business that yells to the customer the way these ethnic nail shops do. The icing on the cake, though, was the pricing board which reflected $17.00 for a fill....not $17.00 and up. She charged me $20.00 and when I questioned the conflict, she tells me with a smirk on her face which clearly read "Liar" that my nails were long. Not taking it any further than that, I was so insulted that I just couldn't bring myself to leaving her a gratuity and by the expression on her face she knew that she not only lost a gratuity but also a new client. Do they care.....probably not! Surprising though, with as many shops in such a small area, one that had good business practice could clean up as even $20.00 is a very fair price for a fill but that was not the point. read more
