Lot is always filled with cars without permits. I pay $35 per month to POSSIBLY find a space near my office to park. I have an office which has no parking of its own in the ever increasingly congested Old Town Orange area. Thanks to ZERO enforcement by Diamond and the Presbyterian Church's usage of the lot without permission, I rarely find a space. Diamond ignores all phone calls. Rip off. read more
