So this used to be a good spot to come and grab water for your jugs, but times have changed. You now have to open an account and put $10 deposit for each jug you take. Then it will cost you $5 to fill each jug. If you pay cash they won't charge you an extra $1 fee. For what its worth, I was a long time Poland Spring customer and for many years they delivered 5 gallon spring water to my home. When they were taken over by Nestle Pure, the service and deliveries became more erratic. Water coolers rented from them were problematic and I eventually cancelled. Tried 2 other regional delivery services until I found DiamondRock. They are no-hassle, great value and always on time. The people I have dealt with have been super friendly and attentive. I bought a cooler from Costco and this delivery service is the cheapest way for me to have spring water delivered in the past 15 years. Highly recommend read more

WARNING: They sold us a shoddily made bottle that leaked onto our hard wood floors causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. The owner told us to basically go F our selves and if we wanted any help covering the damages we would have to take him to court. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AS THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOUSE. They sold us water for about 2 years and every time the delivery guy carried the water bottles in and put them in the same exact place. The last batch of bottles came and one of them had a tiny leak in it that went unnoticed until we went to change out the bottle. This leak, over the course of about 5 days, soaked through the pad under the bottle and warped our hard wood flooring. When I called into speak with the owner he got very hostile and refused to even apologize, much less help us find a solution to the issue. He responded "we are not responsible for anything that happens to our bottles". That's like a car company selling you a car with our brake pads then saying "it's not our fault you crashed; you were driving". He continued by saying that they don't recommend placing the bottles anywhere but the garage or the basement to avoid issues like this. My grandmother is almost 90 and has a neighbor come and change the bottles for her so it's not like she moved them or anything. The employees of this company placed the bottles here and never once made a comment about finding a better place to put them so I find it highly irresponsible and very childish of them to make this their policy after something has gone wrong. The owner finished by saying that they have been brought to court over issues like this many times before and have always won. This tells me that the owner would rather pay for lawyers and attorneys then pay to properly check and maintain the product he sells. What a scumbag and what a dishonest and horrible way to run a business. People like this are the cancer that is destroying humanity, civility, and the American way of life. read more

Even though I was inquiring about getting home delivery service, this woman (Rosemarie) treated me like I was a giant corporate account. She showed me all of their products, explained pricing and delivery options. Because of Rosemarie's salesmanship, I'm now a happy customer of Diamond Rock Spring Water! We've been a long time customer, but lately quality and service is lacking. Several times I have received bottles that are not filled to the neck, they are 75-80% full. The first few times, I didn't say anything..but then noticed a pattern with my order, I would get 2 full bottles and 2 bottles that are clearly obvious that water is missing. Whenever I do pick up now, I make sure I get the full bottles or else I say something. Yesterday, I received a strange look and response from the man loading my car after I told him I didn't want the bottle that was clearly not filled properly, his response "this is how they fill them here, they don't care" oh really? You know, I'll just start shopping around from your competitors and save my 30 minute trip to this place. I rather pay a bit more, where they appreciate my business and recieve honest service else where. read more

I have been fighting with this company for months! They charge you for a service contract and then never provide any service! They forced me to get a converter for my cooler because they changed the style of their water bottles. The cooler breaks and want me to pay for repairs because the cooler is now upgraded an no longer covered under the contract I was STILL paying for! After calling the obnoxiously rude customer service, and getting nowhere. I cancel service and ask they pick up the unopened water that they had just delivered and I had paid for. They pickup the water and give me a receipt. After several weeks I call because I am still awaiting refund. They claim, they dumped my water delivery and I am not entitled to a refund! They have stolen my money and left me with a broken machine to dispose of! There staff was unhelpful, condescending and rude. I have spoken with every person there from the receptionist to the owner Mario. They all had the same nasty demeanor and should be shut down for their dishonest business practice. read more

Watch out if you paid a jug deposit to a previous company that was taken over by Diamond Rock. If you decide to discontinue service, they will not reimburse for the deposit when you return the jugs and you'll get a nasty attitude on top of it. read more

I've been coming here for several years on a recommendation from a friend and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly! Their prices for k-cups are great and they pretty much have everything you could ask for! Sometimes the place gets crowded/busy but they are always willing to help carry to the car! A+ place in my book! read more

Their customer service is AWFUL! Nothing but rude and condescending. They are quick to bill you, and then they NEVER deliver the replacement filters they are supposed to. They had apparently (unbeknownst to us) cancelled our account! So when we reset up the account, they took the billing information, but told us we were going to have to wait MONTHS for a new filter! Why??? You are like 2 towns over from us. We realized it has been over 6 months since we received a new filter (supposed to automatically come every few months). We also realized that we have gotten a new credit card since then. So rather than CALL the customer for new billing information, they just cancelled the account. HOWEVER all of the filters are paid for in advance. So as other reviewers have said - this company are THIEVES! Just go with Poland Spring - just as cheap, and MUCH MUCH MUCH more reliable, friendly and EASY! read more

I like this company. Prices for water are reasonable and it is locally owned. The two times I did have a huge billing issue the owner actually contacted me and sorted it out right away. There are a couple of people in his office I am not a fan of, but he was very proactive. We have used their service for over a year and my husband uses the service for his office as well. read more

Family owned business with excellent customer service

Out of the highly over-staffed office only one person offers quality customer service. The majority of the time the people that work there sit at their desk ignoring you and then when they do assist you act like you're doing them a favor by patronizing their business. The office is cluttered and dirty and to add to it they actually have a dog sniffing around inside the office. They obviously do not care about customer service and with plenty of competition out there, you do not have to indulge this company with your water orders. read more
