Yesterday a representative from JM HOME SERVICES Belleville came to our door stating that they were…read morewashing our neighbours windows and offered to wash our house windows for $100 off the regular rate. The young fellow dealt with my wife and stated that they would wash the exterior of all the windows, wash the screens and clean the exposed bottom tracks. When they came to our house after finishing the neighbours, they requested that I loosen the screens from the inside, saying that I would need to reinstall the screens when they were completed as the screens would not be dry. I should have refused their service at that point, but my wife had already made the deal with them. They started the job at about 6:30 PM, fiinishing at around 8:20 PM, it was quite dark by then. Today when I went to reinstall the screens, we discovered the tracks had not been cleaned at all, just left in a muddy mess. I feel that we did not get value for the cost. Needless to say, I will not be using their service again. I would rate their service at 3 out of 5.
