Update to my previous review : They did send out someone to touch up and bring out a can of touch up paint today. The guy they sent went above and beyond to clean up the stuff the previous painters left behind and ensure all touch ups made. I think they could avoid these kinds of hassles by having a project manager that reviews the job after the work is complete with the customer to ensure it is done correctly the first time. read more

I can't say enough about Diamondback Painting! The owner, Scott, responded quickly to my husband's first inquiry and was at our house to give an estimate. His attention to detail was wonderful. We were having the outside of our home painted and the prep work they did was the best we've had. The painting went smoothly and our home looks bright and fresh. Scheduled an appointment to meet for an estimate. Took sick time off work and arrived early. Diamondback did not show up or cancel appointment. Finally communicated 6 hours after appointment time and wanted to reschedule. It's obvious they just "forgot" I would recommend a different company who will honor your appointment. After a lot of ins and outs the job got finished and is perfect. I will use them again, I'll just be very picky of who the crew boss is.

We were constantly being given inaccurate information; never knew who was in charge. The crew (and the "in charge" person) damaged a storage building and in general made a mess. Many areas of our home and garage were only given one coat of paint when they obviously needed an additional coat. They were in a hurry to finish and the job suffered for it. In our front yard the workers used a hose to rinse things off and left a mess in the grass and on the walk which we struggled to clean up. I would not recommend them for exterior painting. I recently used this team to perform my interior paint. They came to the estimate on time, were thorough and professional, and finished the job on time. The paint looks great, I'm very happy. I was hesitant to hire someone to paint because it's obviously cheaper to do it myself, but I am so glad I just hired someone. There is no way I could have done half as good a job as this company and they were done super fast, way faster than I would have been. The price was reasonable as well...this is just one of those things where you spent a little more to save yourself from being aggravated and staring at all the spots you messed up for years to come. read more
