I was baffled when I got her home and noticed the fairly large injury. What's worse is that they also cut her the previous time I had brought her in. That time they owned up to it but attempted to blame it on the dog for moving. It's crazy to me that my dog went to the same groomer for 10 years and was never injured but Muddy Paws managed to cause injury both times she went there. Unbelievable.

Much to my surprise my intended groomer messaged me asking if I was still bringing my dog in for grooming that very hour. I quickly went to PJ and explained the situation. They had just finished giving my dog his much needed bath and were SO SO gracious. I offered to pay them for bathing and they said it was complimentary. :) Took my dog to the correct groomer and she was equally understanding. There are great people out there in the grooming industry. Puppy Junction is one of those.

The first visit, the Vet didn't seem to see what the problem and didn't seem to address our concerns about the dog's excessive irritation. It took a second visit before they actually saw the irritation which had started resulting in sores. He is feeling better now, but I'm not happy it took two visits.
