It has light flavor of spice to give you that kick without being overwhelming, and the balance of flavor is on point. I'm a cilantro fan and noticed that they used cilantro on their Lechon Kawali... it gives it that nice flavor. If you're dna is the weird one, cilantro may not be your thing. They don't use a lot so I'm sure you'll still enjoy their kawali. This time I had their kawali/Kalbi plate. Last time I had their kawali/garlic chicken plate. The restroom is located around the corner if you need but it's not the cleanest. I wished the tables were wiped down more often, good thing I had wipes with me because I hate to dine on sticky tables. I've come here several times for halo halo, and the mix can be a hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes the ice comes out hard or in rock-like chunks, which takes away from the experience.
