I needed help as I lost my job from being bullied at work and sticking up for myself and recently found out my partner of many years cheated and lied to me and was suffering extreme stress. The Therapist are not trained, they do not do anything apart from sit in the corner and listen to your story. They keep saying you need to pay more sessions to improve. Yet do not offer any solution or ways to feel better or move forward. You feel like you are being robbed at the expense of your suffering. The sessions offer no value what so ever and I'm upset I wasted my money on it. Few years on and I've healed and I did it all by myself by reading self help books and post online and being good to myself and putting my needs first. Do not waste your money. Try to live your best life, go out with friends, go gym and ride it out. You learn much more about yourself and are stronger for it.
