I'm in the middle of a lawsuit right now due to the family member in question raiding the property of all the valuable appliances and causing damage to our own property. we never got a dumpster as promised, we never actually met the realtor face to face. Probably shouldn't have done business with them after the first missed showing. My next step is reporting them to the real estate commission.
