Diaz construction Hired company after reading the many positive reviews and Thomas providing proof of insurance. Came in and gave us a quote for complete bathroom remodel. Which was fair. Unfortunately due to our house being so old, our pipes had to be replaced so the estimate went up. This was not a problem. When we hired him we were very clear that once started the work can't stop. Understanding that he has other jobs we just had to be patient. I'm not a patient person lol. I had to learn that unfortunately this takes time. Anytime I had a problem Thomas does try everything he can to fix the issues. He does stay in contact everyday either by text or calling. I would rehire them again. Next time I would get everything in writing and get an itemized contract. He is a really nice guy and I think that he had too many things going on and just got behind. I don't believe it was intentional. He seems really honest. read more

Diaz Contracting did an amazing job on painting the soffits, fascia, and wood work on my house and a rental house for me. Tomas is the owner and was very friendly and gave me a great price. His crew was professional and they really went the extra mile with replacing the garage door trim even though that was not in the work order to start with. They also paid close attention to detail as they painted so there wasn't any overspray on the brick or spillage on concrete. When everything was finished Tomas came and walked around the whole house and touched up a couple places himself. He even fixed a part of my gate that had nothing to do with what we had hired him to do just because he saw that it was broken. I will be recommending him to anyone who has need of a contractor and using him again in the future myself. read more

Diaz Contracting was recommended to my wife and I by the company we contracted with to replace the roof on our home. We were wanting some additional painting and repair of the mortor around the exterior of our home prior to the roof being replaced. His work crews were very polite and great to work with.
