We called Mr. Diaz to come out an install our ceiling fan as a test project. He showed up on time, was very friendly, had all his tools and got to work right away. If you want half assed work then these are your guys. They painted inside and out, replaced the 1st level floor, replaced living room window,put in the a new floor in the master bath and new paint. It took him almost 2 months to complete. Majority of his time was spent on "touch ups" because he doesnt know how to do it right the first time. He would also show up late and Im talking hours later then what was said, and would only stay a couple hours at a time. Freaking nightmare. Would NOT recommend!!! read more

Please, please, please stay away. This guy destroyed my moms deck. His power washing was very damaging. He left horrible scars in the wood that left the staining job looking horrible. The deck is ruined, we will need to replace all of the wood to make this better. When I called him to discuss this he was full of excuses. He promised to come back and replace copper pieces that he had stained over because he had been to lazy to take them off. He has never shown up to fix anything. He stated he was out of the country all winter so he couldn't fix anything. I would prefer to work with someone that you can find "in country" when needed. If the expression"you get what you pay for" is true than he should have paid us about 5 grand to ruin this deck. Do not under any circumstance use him! read more
