DVD has been extremely disappointing. They have been out to fix our refrigerator over eight times in the pasts year, and the manufacturer now says the fridge is unrepairable. DVD will NOT honor their no lemon policy. Their 5/10 stress-free worry warranty is still valid but they are not honoring it. They will only give a prorated amount, and you have to buy the NEW appliance with them. I agree with other reviews; it is so disappointing, they must be under new ownership. read more

The President, John S, his wife, Deanna S,& Devin C were nice to be around during my short stay at DVD. DVD strives to be a well oiled machine, however, there has been past people who have not lasted. I observed at least 4 people quit without notice. That gave me pause. I also observed how some of the CSR handled some of its customers. Bre' was great at what she did. Amber looked stressed,& Angel and Amanda were comical. Sarah was a great trainer and deserves more than probably was getting paid. The biggest thing that I observed was the way customers were being handled. In my profession, I treat everyone the way they want to be treated. The things I've heard from CSR's talking about the customers behind their back was a bit appalling, borderline insensitive. If you into making fun at the customers behind their back and over the phone, because of their needs, DVD is not the place to go and buy appliances. read more

Are wash machine that's under warranty has been broke since October of 2022 and they keep telling us the part isn't in and will only offer store credit if we don't wanna wait but then I'm forced to purchase from the same place that couldn't fix the one I just bought....So we're going on 6 months without a part that they told me I could purchase from another vendor but we they can only get the part from a certain vendor who is out of the part and it's 6 months on back order....Read reviews they are very similar and I would never buy from DVD again it must be under different ownership because the owners years back wouldn't treat their customers like this... read more
