Odd that we never noticed a deformity. Was told that my hamburger would not have a bunch of gristle. Wrong! Didn't even have any until I checked my boxes and realized there was none. A man there picking up a 450 pound hog had 3 boxes of meat and they told him that was all he had. Overheard them say they had an order for a crown roast and hadn't known where they were going to get it but now they knew. Hope their customer enjoyed our beef. We sure didn't get ours back. The meat we got was tough. Our beef was young and as I said grain fed, well fed.
