I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.

They wanted my full medical history of which in complied to do using a computer program on an iPad. After going through at least 15 screens answering a multitude of questions would not let me submit. I asked if I could just fill out a paper copy as the time was already past the appointment time. I was told no by the office assistant that the information had to be added into the computer. The office assistant then helped me by inputing the information herself and it still did not allow her to submit. She continued with me for another 40 minutes trying to get it to submit insisting they needed the information this way. I am very senior and exhausted and I wasn't sure if the computer even took the input. I saw the dentist briefly. I told her the problem with my teeth and she wanted photographic pictures. A dental assistant took another 45 minutes trying to get these pictures. By this time, the office visit turned into 2 hours. I was so exhausted by this, that I left the office never wanting to return because the staff appeared incompetent. They wanted me to come back for teeth/bite impressions. Never did I get a cost for this or a plan as to what could be done. Further to this, I never officially received a recommendation and at end of April I left a voicemail but never got a return call. I started noticing one of my teeth needed treatment pretty badly and I went back to the one place I had a great experience SIX years ago! I was treated by a different female Indian dentist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) but WOW! She could recognize I was very nervous and did everything to help me feel safe. The light taps on my chin and co distant verbal reassurance and the quality of work she left me with. I had to have two root canals and after I came back for my permanent crowns, I was shocked with how naturally they fit in my mouth and she PERFECTLY color matched them to my teeth.
