They kept my pickup for almost 3 months. They said the manufacturer kept sending damaged parts…read more After about 7 weeks they hadn't even ordered the replacement bumper. It took another 4 weeks to get the pickup done because they ordered the wrong bumper. When I took it home the blinkers and tailights didn't work. I was told a new wash boy didn't do the checks they were supposed to. A couple of days later when I needed to go out of town with the pickup, I opened the end gate and the bolt holding up the endgate was laying in the bottom of the pickup box. I postponed my trip and drove to the auto shop and was told by a receptionist that IT IS LUNCH TIME so I couldn't expect to be taken care of. Pure BS

He then tried to say it was because it was aftermarket parts. No it's not. Also my insurance company allows them to use oem parts if needed so dan is full if it. I had front end collision he just changed out parts didn't even check straightness took it to legends auto body and they showed me the issue. There are crumple zones on your vehicle made to crumble on impact to absorb the force and reduce the force of the impact to people in the car. They didn't even change it out. If I have another front end with this truck I can get hurt seriously at which point Dan's auto body will no longer be in business I'll make sure of that. They can only remove and replace parts if you don't want to risk your family, friends or your life do not go here.
