I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while and decided to look for a spa that was open. Luckily, I found Dickinson Nail Spa! I was a walk-in and was seated within 5 minutes of coming in. Pedicure was excellent! I originally asked for acrylics but the tech suggested I do the dipped nails since it's healthy for my nails and wouldn't harm my nails as a relics would. I wasn't disappointed! Very friendly and funny techs. Would recommend to my friends and family! Dickinson Nail Spa is open 7 days a week! read more

I usually do not frequent these types of nail salons ... but I was visiting from Los Angeles and a bunch of us wanted to get a pedicure. The service was horrible .. I paid $35, which is the cheapest, for someone to put polish on my toes .. there was no scrubbing of the feet, with a pumice stone .. I don't even think this is part of their process for the others did not get it done either ... in LA you can get a manicure and a pedicure for the same price ... I was told that the price is similar in their mall .. well folks this salon is over priced, due to the quality and the area. Polish great. Overall experience-not so much. I came here as a gift. Walked in the door and was handed a clip board with no explanation. After asking for help they eventually explained they try to prevent up selling by having the customer make the selections-which I appreciate. The experience, however was nothing like described. My pedicure was simply soaking my feet and polish: No scrub, message, warm towels or paraffin that were what I selected and paid for (nails look good though). Dip nails were a similar experience. They cut my cuticles to pieces and the overall treatment was poor but my nails look great. Love my nails but not sure they were worth the money and my cuticles. read more

WAY too overpriced for what you get. 4 of us went today and we're all dissatisfied. The service was much better a year ago. They've gone downhill. The example nail colors are inaccurate, they're different once painted on. All four of us were expecting different colors. The technicians were distracted the whole time watching the tv on the wall. Overall crappy. Also a very wasteful business, they must charge as much as they do to afford all of the one time use plastic and paper after each service. read more

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. They truly care about your experience and want you to relax. They use all organic polish, lotions etc. Tom the owner is so incredibly friendly and really knows how to take care of his customers!! From my first visit my pedicure polish was still good after 5 weeks! read more

Don't get a pedicure here! Didn't clip nails or scrub feet, but paid 40 dollars for warm water and nail polish.

Should have listened to the recent reviews and stayed away from this place. Awful customer service, extremely rude and impatient nail techs/ staff. When I asked to have one of my nails fixed because it looked bad, was told no because "it looked fine". The guy was in such a rush, so rough & cut me multiple times even after me telling him he was hurting me. This place all around has terrible customer service and is not cheap, so you would think service / quality would be a whole lot better than what it is. read more
