My other half was not so confident about what I was told I needed to provide. I was told we did not have to bring in every item we purchased from the Va Beach Store, only items that we physically would be returning or exchanging. While I was removing every item, box and bag from my vehicle, my Fiancée decided to abandon me and enter the store. After wiping away a tear, from her abandonment, I noticed she was greeted by a guy at the front door. She was greeted, given a handshake, and was even told the employees name. When I walked in, not much later, I was also given a handshake and was greeted by LaMont. He went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He assured my other half that he would always take care of us, and that we only needed to provide what was stated over the phone. He made sure that she would not have to worry about bringing every box, to every console, with all games we ever bought, from any/all stores over the last 10 years (including all bags), even if she was just being "prepared". He just stated that he would take care of us, would make sure to tell us what we needed to provide, and would make sure we always left happy. LaMont was called Larry or Lamore by my other half, which I addressed to him, and acknowledged that she just is not good with names. She believed my name was my phone number for the longest time, so we can not blame the name issue. I can BLAME LaMont for being an amazing employee at this gamestop and taking care of our needs. I will be returning from this point forward to see "LAMORE" aka LaMont, for all my gaming needs! I am pretty sure this is the first Yelp Review for this location, and prob the most Epic!!! I prefer the Chester location because of the friendly environment. They are just so friendly and vibrant. You just want to stay in the store a few hours. They come and check on you and asking do you need help, or if your arms are full they ask to take your clothes up front I despise the Catos in Col Hgts. Sorry to put it on this review; I tried to give them their own but it wouldn't go through. They never speak or greet you in any way. I have been in to the store about 30 x last year and no one said one word, until I went to pay then two of them had the audacity to ask did I find everything I needed. Huuuuhhhh, what ? Why wasn't this address earlier by opening your mouth up and speaking. It is so rude. The customer service is 0. If you do not want to be around the public go get an in home job. Courtesy goes a long way. The clothes are fabulous. But, I am not going to buy from you and I am being ignored the whole time ; until I am ready to purchased. This is not my first review. So he offered a 6th of the retail value. He couldn't even give me 75 when resale value is at least half of retail value so he would double his money. At 75$ brand new items. Which would be easy to get half of retail. So doubling his money wasn't good enough he had to have 15 more dollars.

Charles really knows what he is doing! I couldn't believe he took one look at my boy, assessed him, and picked out the clothes in the right size at first glance! We opted to purchase the tux, shirt, tie, and belt. There is plenty of fabric to account for additional growth of my boy. Alterations were completed swiftly (much faster than I expected), and we could not be happier. We were also very impressed with the pricing. Everything was reasonable and high quality. This experience is one for the books. We received such excellent customer service and Good Luck had a huge selection. I was afraid I'd be overwhelmed when I walked in, but Charles took over and professionally guided us to the right decisions. Other stores could really learn from Good Luck because that is how customer service should be everywhere. Kudos to Good Luck. They will continue to get my business for future menswear needs.
