This was a pretty good sports store! I came here to buy some gloves for flag football. They had a great selection of quality gloves for me to choose from! The only problem was they were a little expensive. The inside of the store was pretty clean. The service here is was good too. I ordered a treadmill and used their delivery service. Their delivery service contacted me and they set the date. That day came and went and no delivery. The delivery service called and said they are at this store for pickup but the store had sold the last one so they couldn't deliver. I purchased it weeks ago and they had it in stock when I bought it. Called customer service and they where no help. Basically said o well. I looked around at other stores while on the phone and found 7 at another Dicks that was within several miles of this store. They didn't care and I still have no clue if I'm going to get what I ordered because they do not communicate. Might is well be talking to AI with their boiler plate responses and inability to help. This has been a horrible experience and I strongly suggest going to a different store. Update: the failed delivery was Jan 16th and they got the item back in store on Jan 19th but now the soonest the can deliver is Jan 29th. I ordered this on Jan 7th and it was in stock. Today is Jan 21 and based on my many calls I doubt I'll get it this month. I should have ordered from a different company. It may have looked like a good value but the time and effort I've had to put into this ate up any of the savings I was going to get by buying through them. My time is worth something too and I shouldn't have to be writing this review but if it save one person from the stress of buying from Dicks it will be worth it. read more

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Rude. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Floors in the store had trash all over as well. Merchandise all over the place and not picked up. Very messy and unfriendly... unhelpful store. You can tell nobody working here likes their job. It shows. Drinking fountain should have a biohazard sign on it. What if some like kid ran over and took a drink out of that gross thing ? Yuck !! read more

VERY disappointed with the lack of selection of women's ACTUAL outdoor wear and gear. There used to be a decent selection of women's hiking and outdoor clothing but as of this review this location has one tiny selection dedicated to only a few brands of women's outdoor gear. The women's clothing section now seems to only consist of yoga pants and crop tops. Bring back women's hiking clothing! I was also not approached by any of the MANY associates hanging around in the store to ask if I needed help finding anything which I find hard to believe because people are usually asking as soon as you walk in the door. At this point there is no reason to shop in store for women's outdoor gear. Better off with online shopping read more

This location of Dick's has very helpful employees. They always greet me and offer to help. My wife likes to shop here. I think they have more clothing for women than for men. Prices are on the high side unless it is on sale. I like Academy better. read more

Dick's is a sporting good mecca. Whether you're a fisherman or golfer - they got lots of stuff you might not had even known existed for your sport. Prices are a bit steep but they have a rewards card that gets you $10 off coupons in the mail frequently. There are some cool team sportswear you can shop for here, too like Thunder, OU and OSU apparel. I do love coming to Dick's to walk around, shop for new workout clothes and explore but I'm not a huge fan of the customer service. It has consistently seemed like I annoy the staff with asking questions or requesting the fitting room to be opened the last few times I've been. read more

When I need sports clothes or accessories this is where I come and I know they have a lot of variety in anything and for sure will last a long time. So prices will be a little higher but you are getting for sure good quality and everything I have bought here has last for years. The girl who helped me today was kind enough to take me to where I needed and show me different styles that without her probably I wouldn't be able to find them. Cashier was very nice and friendly. Had what I needed in stock. I went everywhere looking for ultimate frisbee's and they had him on lock.

Anything you need related to any sport, you will find at Dick's. Dick's is like any other sporting goods store, overpriced and pretentious. However, they do have a lot of selection. Dick's carries Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and the other typical sporting good labels. But, they also carry the harder to find brands in Tulsa, such as The North Face. They have a wide selection of winter gear and outdoor accessories. There is also a large golf section. The staff is very helpful, but mostly high school kids. I'm not sure they would be any help in actually giving advice on any particular items. Again, I am a bargain shoppers, so Dick's would be my last resort. But, if you are in a bind, and need some soccer cleats for your kid's game at 2 PM that day, Dick's is the place to go! read more

All the gear for any sport. Can sometimes be tricky to find a clerk for assistance, but once I do, they are very helpful. Can be pricey, but they have a frequent buyer perks and perpetual clearance racks. read more
