No croc' or 'roo on the menu, and the burgers served aren't served with the lot option. It's more of a rock show place on certain nights, but if you sit outside, you can avoid the cover charge. I ordered the Sydney filet medallions and quite enjoyed them--they came with grilled veggies and a baked potato perfectly smothered "Didge"-style with catupiry, since after all, catupiry is so common in Alice Springs, haha... Line goes out the door so show up early. They claim to serve Australian food but it's more like they serve Fosters. They do serve alligator but it's not cooked like how it is in Australia. The alligator that I ordered came out really soggy with a side of rice and there was not spices or herbs used to season the alligator. They do have a very wide selection of beer specials. I even saw Delirium that cost about $25 USD for a small bottle. For some reason, the Delirium was just not as good as how I can get it in the US. The restaurant was really packed when I went and we ended up getting a seat at a table with 2 other people. Really really awkward. Just can't see myself coming back here again. read more
