My wife and I don't speak French but LOVE French cuisine. We arrived with no reservation and decided to do the 7-course tasting menu because we couldn't read the menu. We are so glad we did! Every course was an exquisite example of a chef that respects his ingredients and takes full advantage of the region. I would love nothing more than to give you a play by play dissertation of each course, but in most instances we had no idea. What we did know is that we loved each and every course. Simply fantastic! Great wine list and great service, not to mention the chef personally delivered half of the courses!
