"Die Currywurst" steht für echte Imbisskultur aus'm Pott und die beste Currywurst im Ruhrgebiet. Berühmt berüchtigt ist sie seit Jahren für "die schärfste Currywurst der Welt" die es hier zu genießen / erleben gibt. Mittlerweile sind wir weit über die Grenzen des Ruhrgebiets bekannt und man kann sagen, auch für unsere scharfen Kreationen berüchtigt. Überzeugt euch doch selbst und kommt mal auf eine leckere Wurst oder knusprige Pommes vorbei. Ja, die 10er-Currywurst ist wirklich scharf - so scharf, wie ich es kaum einmal vorher irgendwo anders essen durfte. Netterweise erhält man als 'Eignungstest' einen Probe-Löffel der 7er-Soße. Aber: die Soße ist - soweit man es herausschmecken kann :) - auch ausgesprochen lecker! Ebenso sind die Süßkartoffel-Pommes exzellent. Es kommen hier also auch Normal-Esser auf ihre Kosten. Nettes Ambiente und Super-Service kommen hinzu. Auch wenn es hier vielleicht mittlerweile langweilig wird: ich mich den Vorpostern nur anschließen. Sogar etwas weitere Anreisen lohnen sich allemal. Zwei Tipps zum Gelingen der 10er: - esst Pommes (oder etwas anderes) nicht zusammen mit der Currywurst, sondern vorher. Parallel gegessen brennen auch die Pommes im Mund - auch wenn sich daran keine Soße befindet. - Ein Fiege Pils ist ein gutes Getränk zum Löschen:) read more

Bekannt aus Funk und Fernsehen aufgrund der verschiedenen Schärfegrade bei der Currysauce. Wer es sanfter mag kann trotzdem mit gutem Gewissen zugreifen. Currywurst&Pommes schmecken hier auch in der milderen Variation. read more
