I used to go to Haarwerkstatt in Mitte. It was ok (not expecting anything crazy for such small…read moreprice). I tried the one on Simon Dach and it sucked big time. The team is super slow. They don't hesitate to cheap chat with each other while queue is getting longer. I waited 1h although we were just a few. Then the guy who cut my hair was probably an intern. Told him not too short, two fingers, he left me with nothing (and I had to ask him to stop!). Will never go back. Terrible experience.

They say you get what you pay for and from now on I'm paying more.
