But the room was clean and had a good bed. The guy at reception was pretty preoccupied when I arrived but the next morning he was extremely helpful as I had lost my car keys and my phone was dead so, he helped me find help, a charger and allowed me to make phone calls on the house. Hence the three stars. All in all an ok place to spend a night. I probably would not stay here for any longer. Location is quite ok and not far from the city center.

Rooms were awesome .. super clean and the beds were very comfortable!!

Not the best place to start the industrial heritage trail - I think Essen is a better bet, but everything is so close together here that it doesn't matter so much. Dortmund is interesting.
