In the Zurich store I recently bought a winter jackets and some snow boots. The service was simply great. The staff there always have a smile in their face, which is quite important for me when I go shopping, and they took the time to answer my questions. One thing I've appreciated is the tips the lady gave me in order to make a choice easier. At the end I chose a jacket which suited my needs and was cheaper then the model I had look previously. If they don't have your size they will simply order it without any obligation from your side to buy the item. It's true that Mammut clothing and equipment are not cheap but I think it's still worth the money. The store is also very well located near the Zurich HB on the Löwenstrasse. High end merchandise, friendly staff, and ample areas to roam about as you take in the beauty of this store. We ended up in the area that sells food, wines, and cheeses. WOW is all that I can say. Each item seems as though it is was hand polished, set down with precision, only waiting for you to pick it up and place it in your basket. The cheese, chocolates, wines, all so spectacular in their own right. No on argues that this store is more expensive than others such as COOP, or Migros, but they are in different leagues. The wine department has a beautiful assortment of wines, liquors, and spirits with very thoughtful associates able to answer many questions. We enjoyed this very much. This store is designed for those who are able to spend their money without worrying about what the bill looks like. With that being said, we walked out without buying anything as we just started our day in Zurich. This store is mesmerizing, you must stop in and appreciate its beauty, even if you don't plan on buying anything. It is simply a treat.

Cool cloth store in Niederdorf !!…read more It is for sure a hipster place. But you really find cool stuff here. You can find collections here that you find very easy in other stores. From the outside it looks like a second hand store, but it isn't. Go inside and you will see it. The ground floor is clothes, the in-between-floor is accesoires like heads, bags, etc and the first floor are shoes. The interior is just cool. And the people are really helpfull without being pushy. AND they have a nice sunglasses collection :)
