Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I was seen within 48 hours. I was then able to have an upper GI procedure done within three days of the visit. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. We chose to go outside of our insurance and pay more simply to be seen faster, and it was absolutely worth it. So INCONVENIENT!!! The office told me i could not use an Uber because of anesthesia issues, but i could use a county ride thru MediVan. After arriving in the office almost 2 hours early, i was told (after the almost 2 hour wait for my appt time) that they could not give me the exam because the Medivan driver was not waiting in the office for me. HOW INCONVENIENT!!! (not even considering the fast and mineral junk i endured for the 3 days of prep)...then a few weeks later i started getting bills from their office for a NO SHOW! (Additionally, this was my second appt, as someone in their office cancelled my first appt, unbeknownst to me, until i called to confirm before i started the fast/prep) read more

The more in a hurry you are to address your G.I. issues, the less you should gravitate towards D.D.A.. It's tough to get an appointment quickly; and don't be surprised if your subsequent procedure gets postponed/rescheduled at least once. High praise, though, for the wonderful young lady in Procedure Scheduling who, along with rescheduling my procedure, moved me to a different Doctor from the one with whom I have had a progressively devolving relationship. read more

We all hate going to see the G.I. because it's uncomfortable, but this office really goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable. It usually begins with check-in, lol well for me it usually starts with me getting lost and calling & getting directions, then the Front desk check-in and I usually get Danielle what a helpful, caring, hardworking sweetheart. I've also dealt with ARNP Ariel Parnell who was working hard even with a hurt body part thank you very much. And I had pleasant encounters with MA Lisa, Cara, and Sabrina in procedure scheduling. Lol You don't want to know what procedure was for, but seriously this a well run office with great staff. If I forgot anyone's name, forgive me. They go above and beyond for you and when "that" part of the body gets messed up, it gets messed up, so if you want to get it straightened out this is the place to go. read more

No one who works in the digestive disease clinic cares about you the patient. I had an appointment that took months to get. When I arrived for this appointment i was told that "my appointment had been bumped" and given to another. And I would need to schedule another appointment if I wanted to see a doctor. Well! Well! I was not called and told about the appointment before hand. I had to take a bus to get to the appointment. But no one cared about this. Everyone in this office has the same attitude "we don't care". And the doctor I saw was so very cold and did not want to be bothered with me. I have digestive serious issues but the attitude in digestive disease associates is: "just die, we don't care". read more

Had to do a star rating but would give Zero stars if I could - I made an appointment with this office over 2 months ago in November. First available appointment was 1/19/24. Got a call yesterday, 1/9 that my appointment had been cancelled because Dr won't be available that day. Called today and now they are saying first available appointment is late February. Obviously they have too many patients for the number of doctors. So I'm going elsewhere. This is the second time they have done this to me. read more

I have been with the practice for 3 years and have seen both Dr. Muehlbauer and Dr. Molina. Both Doctors are professional, answer all my questions and are very helpful and knowledgeable about my issues and what the next steps going forward will be. When I leave I feel like I have all the information I need for my treatments and what we will do going forward. I recommend the practice. read more

I avoid Drs. as much as possible. I visited the office about some issues and spent a long time with Dr. Heath. He was great. He advised that I had to have a colonoscopy to move forward, which I had avoided way past the recommended age. I was very anxious about the procedure and anesthesia. I took a while to make my appointment and had to cancel the first one because of illness. They were all patient and very helpful. Anita, his assistant, got back to me about questions and issues. She even had the head nurse anesthetist call me to discuss my concerns. Everyone at the procedure was nice, understanding and patient. It was fast and easy. I recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience when there are so many negative ones in the health industry. read more

This practice sees people who are at a point of desperation. You have to be to need a practice like this. Well these people have no appreciation for that fact. They display little empathy. They make you wait forever for test results, never mind how worried you are. They have not treated my mother well, and she would not recommend this practice to others. read more

I really don't understand all the negative comments. This was not my experience at all, the support staff was cordial and very professional. Dr Chini was great, he got me in for my procedure within a week. The medical staff were also great on the day of my procedure. After the procedure Dr Chini (not a nurse or a secretary) called our home to see how I was doing. He then forwarded my results to the head of oncology surgery with the comment "urgent". The head nurse called on Monday to schedule an appointment to meet with the surgeon. My wife took the call and asked what dates were available, the nurse said how about tomorrow. Great we thought, and scheduled our appointment for the next day. We could never get an appointment that soon in the state we just moved from, maybe a month to six weeks if you were lucky. My surgery was scheduled in two weeks on a date of our choosing. Up to this point, I really don't know how one could expect a better experience or service. Thus the 5 star rating. These people don't care about you. They will cancel your long-awaited appointment without explanation. Then when you call to ask what happened and when to reschedule the dumb bitch answering the phones will say to leave a message and hang up on you. Then keep hanging up on you when you call back. They think they can play with people's lives just because they got a bad attitude. Don't even know what to say about the doctor because we can't actually see them but if they're reading this GET NEW RECEPTIONISTS! They're ruining your business. read more
