I purchased a liner from LinerWorld. BAD IDEA! This has been a nightmare! SAVE your time and money! we received the cheap, Shotty, THIN liner very quickly! My husband and two others spent several days making sure to install the liner correctly. Adding new sand before installing. 24 hrs later before the pool was even full the liner had 2 holes in two different seams. The leak caused the sand to be pushed out from underneath the side. I finally did receive my refund BUT I felt the need to warn others that after reading the reviews for LIner World aka Diggers Pool Service that I was not the only one that had had this problem. Do not purchase a replacement liner from Diggers Pool Services, Inc. or their Web based Liner World. We purchased a liner that lasted two days and ripped at a seam losing 15,000 gallons of water, the cost of a professional installation, and chemicals. Customer service auto signs everything with, "Have a great day!" I received this ignorant auto reply after explaining the situation. Check out the BBB complaints and their joke of a lifetime warranty. The BBB will once again be reaching out to Diggers Pool Services, Inc. and Liner World. Denise was wonderful, she explained the whole process for me from beginning to end! The installers were on time, friendly and very professional. They had to save my current pool from falling apart and they did just that. Plus, the new glimmerglass liner they installed is BEAUTIFUL! I love it and it is not like anything else I have seen around. I would highly recommend due to the fact they kept us informed the entire time and we never felt like we were left in the dark. Do not buy from this place. Ordered a $400 expandable liner from them, installer came out to install, he said expandable liners usually are in a bigger box. He called Liner World and girl assured him it was the expandable. I held him off until my husband could call Liner World and he was told the same thing. She also told him if it failed to take pictures and send to warranty dept and they would make it right for him. She lied, After installation at $650 , with about 8" of water, the liner tore. We sent everything to warranty dept and 3 months later they still won't even show the courtesy of a response. When you call the girl will tell you to email the warranty dept, can't speak to them on phone.Fine but they won't RESPOND. We bought another liner from somewhere else and paid the pool company another $650 to install it. I am trying to get the credit card charge for liner world taken off. Liner World responded to my credit card co saying the liner tore during installation and not their fault. They LIE. Why would we paid a company $650 it was their fault and then pay them again to install another liner for us. This company is a total scam, please buy something as expensive as a liner from somewhere else. 3 months later I'm still dealing with this. Worst Company Ever. read more

I purchased a liner (shark nation) from Amazon seller(Shop the Great backyard ) in May 2015, had installed and 12 months later went to open the pool only to find the Liner seam separated from wall of liner. CLEARLY A DEFECT in heat sealing process. Contacted Amazon vendor clearly states 25 year warranty (Digger Pool Services) to tell me they will give me 50.00 off another liner. No way would I even consider getting another liner form them! Pool was used for 4 months. I feel lucky that my pool didn't not end up in my yard. I still need to pay contractor to redo liner and buy a known good liner and refill for the season. Total aggravation!! read more

DO NOT TRUST their return policy. What is printed on their website and also on the actual product is NOT what actually happens. Believe me, I researched the policy before making a purchase so I would not be met with any surprises. When questioning the actual policy implemented, I was told yet 2 other "policies" and in a rather condescending manner. When I printed the policy from their website and product page, and copied it on our 3rd email to them, I did NOT receive a reply. Ok I wish I would have read the 2 reviews before I purchased the liner through Amazon's platform... the liner is so thin .... I'm going to drain the pool today about 20,000 gallons using a pump to water my property...but the waste in time, the waste of money to buy this liner & then to repurchase a quality liner plus installation leave a real bad impression. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEIR LINERS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!!! I bought a liner from liner world (aka Diggers Pool Services). They claimed it was 25 gauge - that was a lie. We installed it and FIVE DAYS LATER it tore at the seam, causing 20,000 gallons of water to pour out. Four of my shrubs were de-rooted and it ended up costing me over $1000 to get a new liner installed, plus water and a new pump since my old one blew out since it happened overnight. When I called them, they refunded the cost of the liner but I'm still out $1000 due to their sub-par product. I spoke to the owner (Dave) to try to get some of the ancillary costs re-couped and he told me liners rip and I should have better read their website. He was also condescending, called me "honey" and told me that this was my problem and if I tried to do anything he'd sue me. I had my prior pool for nearly 10 years and that liner did not rip at the seam, nor has the new one we had put in after his shoddy product was removed. Word to the wise: you get what you pay for. Not only did she take my order wrong she literally told me I told her the wrong size. She also told me liners stretch to 72 inches so that means the expandable liners they sell are just regular liners which they are selling as expandable. She hung up on me 2 times, and when i informed her that i wanted to talk to the owner, which after research i find out his name is David Phelps. Of course she handles everything and he could not be reached. What a JOKE. She did not want to admit she took my order wrong she also said i am at wrong. She has the worse attitude ever.
