It was very hard to get in contact with him, constantly being sent to voicemail as well as unanswered emails. We seemed to always be waiting for something from him or his office and not impressed with the lack of professionalism. It would have been appreciated if he had even shot back an email saying he was extremely busy and he would get to us soon. We had questioned if there was anything we would do about the sellers pushing back the closing date (we were moving from out of area and had movers hired and ready) and he could not give me a concise answer. It did not seem like he wanted to work for us, making us feel irrelevant and our money trivial. Things did improve closer to actual closing date but it seemed disrespectful when he could not make it to the closing that he had scheduled. We have friends buying houses as well and are recommending they look elsewhere for legal assistance.
