I dropped 16 movie reels and 8 audio reels off on May 27, 2016. At the time I was told 3-6 weeks…read more I called several times to get a status and was told someone would call back. No one ever did. I called today at 9am and told them if no one calls be back by 11am that I would be in to pick up my reels. When I showed up at 11, my box of reels was waiting for me to pick up. Zach told me that their machines were broken and they could not do the job. Why did they not tell me this on any of the calls I placed to find out status? Why did they never return calls? I told them more than once that this was part of an estate that needs to be closed and that we were waiting on these. I got nothing in return but a waste of 2 months. I will never do business with them again.

They stopped cleaning our home because it was "messier than they expected" and they "were just done." We have two dogs and two cats. This was a move out clean. If wr thought we could do it on our own, we wouldn't have hired someone. They repeatedly called us over to do things like vacuum so we wouldn't clog up their machines, and ultimately shamed us for the state of our home... They made comments like, "wow. Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.
