I think Debbie Digiuseppe is a great interior designer. I have worked with her a couple of times. The last time I felt some of her trades were not as good in the past. When you walk down Perron street in StAlbert you can't not miss this shop! By the looks of the store from the street you can tell how un organized the business must be. I walked in to challenge my curiosity to find that it is exactly how it looked from the street. What I found most shocking was no one came out of the back office to greet me.! I got closer to the back of the shop when I could hear yelling. I looked in to see a grey haired women talking down to a employee sitting at a desk. The young women was in tears! I stood in the door way as I heard the grey haired women continue to verbally accost the young women. I heard the young wen ask the older lady to stop yelling at her. With no regard of the young women's request. I can not believe how this older woman could have no regard for how she was treating a employee. It astounds me that anyone would put up with that treatment from anyone. Let alone being degraded in front of all the other employees in the office. The store was disorganized, dirty, and a lot of items were extremely out dated. There is no room to walk in there. It is a health and safety issue. I will never get any work done by this company! I had a vial opportunity of seeing the owner Deborah in her true light. read more

If I could give this company a -10 review I would! Like the other reviewer I have had my tile grout crumble. It seems this company is consistant on its lack of a quality job. Though the surface may look nice....the foundation is seriously lacking! I had renovations of my home done in 2009. Within a year the tile grouting started to crack and then crumble. After months of multiple emails and calls from me, my grouting was replaced July 2011. By Oct 2011 it started to crumble and fall out again. Again after months of multiple emails and calls that were ignored, my grouting was replaced Feb 2013. The second time (2013) DiGiuseppe replaced the grouting I asked if the grouting was the problem or was it due to the floor prep. I was verbally told by the owner Deb that the tiler coming to fix it was the best in the business and would fix it so that it would no longer crumble. The tiler did redo the grout in the entranceway, which has not crumbled as of yet (I believe this is because he shimmed the floor as he said he would). He also said that he would put a new subfloor and Ditra mat under the tiles in the entranceway. This was not done and he said it was not needed as he had "shimmed" the floor. The kitchen grouting was also replaced Feb 2013, but only in the crumbled areas with a completely different color of grout! (black verses grey) Therefore the grout had light and dark areas that were very prevalent. I contacted Deb at DiGiuseppe and sent her pictures. The tiler came back and regrouted the crumbled areas with the correct color. But he did not shim the kitchen floor as she said he would. On Feb 28, 2013 when the work was completed I emailed DiGiuseppe for a written warranty of 1 year for the work they completed. My request was ignored. The entranceway is still fine but the kitchen grouting has again crumbled and fallen out. I have since contacted the BBB and they have not helped. I am left with crumbled grout that I now have to get replaced myself. If I was looking for renovation company I would run as far as I could from this company! They do a very poor quality job and do not stand behind their work. read more

We redid our kitchen with her many years ago and the grout cracked around the tiles; the kitchen cabinets were the same as our old ones and the backsplash is bathroom tile. Would never recommend....run away. She will overcharge you and when you need information about the products you have bought through her; she will tell you to contact supplier and do her best not to help. read more

We had our kitchen renovated right before Christmas last year . Deborah's design is fantastic! All of the contractors that did the work on our home were absolutely professional and talented people . The work was finished a week earlier than planned. We ran into a few issues with lights but this was out of their control. Deborah has made every effort to make us happy and when my husband lost his job she also worked with us to make the final payments. Deborah is very passionate about what she does and it shows in her design and the people who work for her. read more

I used this company about 8 years ago and I was buying a new home. I wanted a different style of decorating, painting, lighting etc. I received lots of great free ideas as well as good service for my lighting, paint etc. ( Once a couple of lights were put in I changed my mind and together we chose others- they were changed out with no problem at all.) Recently I wanted to do some further improvements in my home. Deborah came over and again gave some great advice . The changes that were made to my kitchen and great room are stunning . The person who did my tile work did an outstanding job. I also appreciated how clean the workers kept my house while the work was going on. read more
