My boyfriend an I lost our 11 year old chiwienie Emma Ann on Sept 17th. We wanted her cremated an found their business online the next day. We made arrangements to take her later that day. Mike met us an was very caring in listening to us talk about her. He walked us through everything an we knew we made the right decision. The price was very reasonable for all we received the next week after picking her up. The box her ashes are in is top notch with a tree of life on the top. We received a nice card from both he an Jackie, a memorial picture frame, an a nice surprise in the Paw Print impression box where they captured her Paw prints. That so touched me!
