Unlike other stores, the employees here were more consultative. We found an option we really liked and Kelly helped walk us through the process and expected delivery. She gave us great personalized service and was very communicative throughout the whole process. In the end, the recliner was delivered even sooner than original anticipated, and we are very satisfied with the quality. Even the delivery experience was positive -- I'd never seen such an upbeat delivery driver. Unfortunately, many of our phone calls and emails went unanswered. When the furniture finally arrived about four months ago, it was not what we had ordered. We immediately contacted Paul, who asked us to send photos of the issues. We did so, but we have not received any follow-up since then, despite having paid in full. About a month ago, my husband visited the store in person. Paul appeared annoyed by the visit and said he was waiting for a call back from the factory. Since then, we have made numerous additional phone calls and sent several emails, all of which have gone unanswered.
