This place is like if Temu was a boba shop, definitely not worth the price or experience. There are supplies crowding up the guest area and the customer service is subpar. The games they have are also torn up. I was the only one in my party to get milk tea and I was having severe stomach issues afterwards, something totally abnormal for me. It could have been that the milk wasn't stored properly or there was some contamination. I wouldn't doubt it given the way the dining area looked, not guest ready at all. Also, the employees were constantly going between making drinks and doing their homework at one of the tables- no handwashing between and super unprofessional, so so gross!! We walked in. Again we had never tried boba before so really had no idea what we were doing. The employees were friendly enough and offered a little bit of assistance in sort of explaining about it. My daughter decided on a tea and added boba. They were out of the golden boba which she was a little bummed about so she opted to go with the black boba. I had wanted to try a milk tea but i guess they dont offer any of the non dairy milks for their drinks? I see another local shop here in town does have the drinks with choice of dairy free milk. I did ask the employees so nothing for vegans then and they said no. I explained that I didn't really want anything high sugar so they said it probably wasn't for me since their syrups were high in sugar. After i had already paid, i saw the sign where you could select your sugar level. Unfortunately my daughters drink was already made, she would have selected a lower sugar percentage as she doesn't do a lot of sweets either. Having some of this explained to us would have been helpful. But I guess now we know if we try again somewhere. I did try a sip of my daughters drink. It was okay. It was weird sucking through the straw and have 2 lumps come up. I guess that is the thing. Neither of still really knows what the difference between jelly and boba is. Also the girl at the counter had very long hair that was in her face and not pulled backed at all when she was making our drinks and she did NOT have a good attitude. Really good tea, I like the kiwi a lot! The boba has a nice texture too. The only thing is that I ordered 50% sweet and it was still pretty sweet. Great little place to get tea. First time having anything other than Bubble tea. Ordered the Mango Milk Tea and it was delightful. Hubby got the Strawberry tea which was surprisingly too sweet and unfortunately he couldn't finish it. It also had chunks of strawberries, which he hates. He did enjoy the rest of my tea though! My family and I came here on Sunday afternoon and our experience was definitely kind of a mixed bag. The drinks themselves were really good! Our orders were right and were made in a very timely fashion - It helped that they weren't super busy, but we still appreciated the fast service. Unfortunately, that is where my compliments regarding the service come to an end. The girl who took our orders (she had almost waist length, dark hair and lots of tattoos) was very unfriendly and rude. She didn't seem to want to answer any questions regarding the drinks they serve, either. The other girl there (a light brunette with highlights in her hair, I think) was fairly friendly - I would have much rather had her take our order! I understand everyone has bad days, but judging from the multiple other reviews I see critiquing the service, I'm guessing that it wasn't just a bad day.
