The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, but it can get really busy and a little overstimulating inside. Their drinks are pretty far on the sweet side, and their boba is inconsistent in texture. Their (oat milk) house milk tea is way too dominant on the milk side in flavor, so much so that I could barely taste the tea itself, and so sweet that even at 75% the sweetness is almost a bit much. I also tried the japanese style yogurt drink with passionfruit popping boba, and the sugary quality was so overpowering i couldn't finish it. The interior can get kind of overstimulating sometimes. Wonderful people working here, and i'd go back, but unenthusiastically; not my first choice for bubble tea in Tucson. read more

Saw this place on my way to my daughters game and decided to stop by. The place is really cute and clean. They immediately greet it us and ask us if we need it help to just ask. I ordered the guava green tea with passion fruit jelly at 50% and the girl at the register recommended to lower down on the sugar because the jelly is sweet. Even lowering down the sugar the drink was super sweet, I had to get home add ice and more water. Not a deal breaker since it was our first time. I'll adjusted better next time. The brown sugar milk tea is delicious! All the toppings I tried were really good except for the cheese foam. I would avoid adding cheese foam just because mine had a lot of hard curds in the drink. We made a yelp account just to review this shop! Our usual order is the classic milk tea (with boba, of course), and the lychee tea with the aloe jelly. Only thing of note is that the aloe jellies are a bit too small for the straw, but of course that doesn't affect the taste, just a personal preference. Also, the Thai Milk Tea could have a stronger flavor (it basically just tastes like the regular milk tea, but with a slight spice). Some other recommendations are the grapefruit yakult(!!!) and the peach fruit tea. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the inside is straight out of a Pinterest image! Drinks can be a bit pricey, about $6 per drink, but that's probably about standard these days.
