As far as I can tell, Fado is the only one in Dingle, with antiques downstairs and a cool little art gallery upstairs. Gayle came along and put up with my wandering through Fado, both of us knowing full well that we didn't need one more thing to clutter up the house. That's rarely stopped me, and among the nicely curated offerings here, I found a little item to take home for some still undefined use.

From that moment on the service was very bad. The business was non communicative and totally misrepresented the time to repair my expensive item. I had to continually follow up to get any information. To day they have had the item for 4 months and I have still not received it back. I may have to file a claim on my credit card.

The very attractive artistic offerings were well curated and of various media and price points. Note that when I visit coops like this, I assume that the price of a piece is a fair reflection of that persons artistic skill and effort. My purchase of "The Dingle Moon" was a case in point, when I first blanched at the price, but quickly came to my senses. And what an attractive textile-based piece it is! The resident artist minding the shop was friendly, very knowledgeable about the inventory, and local custom insightful. If you want an quality alternative to the plethora of souvenir tchotchkes that you'll find in Dingle, this is one place to visit.

It reminded me a lot of Huntington Beach surf shops, and even had similar brands for sale, like Vans, Roxy, Quicksilver and more. We wanted something specifically from Dingle, and ended up getting a long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt (it wasn't easy making a decision because they had so many cute options). If you ever have a chance to go (or if we go back), we would definitely recommend also taking some time to get out on the water, put your feet in the sand, and take the scenic drive down Shea Head. On your way in/out of Dingle, you can also take a drive through Conor's pass, but is for experienced drivers only.

Gorgeous soft geometric rainbow glazes that are highly original and calming to behold. We purchased a large bowl and coffee mugs we look forward to making a daily part of our lives (and the shop ships). A cheese shop and several great coffee/cafe destinations are nearby, plus the Dingel Record Shop up the block is not to be missed.

By far the most original and fun gifts we got. Everyone loved em! I think the shop is devided into different artists. We bought from Paula. Her business is called Katie and Me. Amazing stuff and she packs it well for safe travels. She also ships! Stop in and buy lots of her stuff. Shes great. When we come back in 2 years time it will be one of the first places we go!
