I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. If you care about your car and your safety this is the place to go, they go above and beyond simply fixing the dent including checking to make sure that there isn't more damage you can't see from the outside and checking your sensors/cameras/safety systems so that they continue to work the way they are designed to. I also must mention that I was not charged for the days that my vehicle sat on the lot before insurance was settlements , which happened to be nearly 2 weeks. I had friends warn me that I would be charged a storage or parking fee for all those days and the awesome folks at Caliber didn't charge me a dime! I was so happy that they thought that practice was as ridiculous as I did and even happier to tell my friends that I wasn't charged!!
