AMAZING! I chose Rick because he was the only person who gave me a reasonable estimate and was honest about the expected results. He said he could only get one of the dents to 75% because it was pushed up so far and had some paint cracking. I honestly could not be any happier with the results. They did an amazing job. Of course there are still cracks in the paint since it was a paintless dent repair, but otherwise you could not even tell where the dent was. And the second dent is perfect. Other estimates wanted to paint the entire hood, and on a 13 year old car that would not ever match the rest of the car. I'm far more satisfied with just having the paint all match for the whole car. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Rick made good long drive over to my house ON A FRIDAY (and yes, I am off the 405 fwy). After thoroughly inspecting the few dents that I had, he took the time to explain to me some of the challenges that we faced, now that he had a chance to get his expert eyes on my car. He was able to tell that the particular panel had been repainted and was able to point out a few spots where the original paint was showing through because of bad adhesion. Long story short, his pro advice was that we risked more damage if we went through with it. And the kicker is I only called him for one of them, he just saw the other smaller one and fixed it at the same time for no extra cost (much appreciated!). Rick is the definition of a professional. I have spoken to more than 10 mobile dent services about the damage I had on my Kia which about 18 inches across the rear trunk and they all want me to drop off my car for the repair as it's going to take at least a whole day to perform the job.
