The 87 year old owner cut our lock off and had someone clear our unit out. They would not give us that persons info to see where he put our stuff. All of our holiday decorations, handmade things of our late grandmother and dad are all gone. We were told they were sorry, said our stuff was put in a dumpster because it looked like "big lots junk", there was a whole tote of Lenox Disney ornaments in the box and the whole willow tree nativity set worth over $500. I feel like they were not truthful, and I think they sold our belongings. I will never recommend them to anyone. Long story short, the files never got printed (by these guys) and I instead got them down to Rich & Shirley's quickprint in Wheeling. --- these guys were, kind, professional and did the job with no hassles. Save yourself the aggravation and don't use Mizer printing.
